Pioneer White Corn Polenta

A sweet dent corn grown by Pleasant Grove Farms, our polenta is used by restaurants throughout Northern California who know that it’s the best corn polenta anywhere. Always freshly milled to order, this polenta is very versatile, milled a bit finer than most polenta to shorten the cooking time and giving a smooth texture. For a coarser grind, try our grits! For a finer grind, go for the cornmeal.
