  • Rolling Pin
  • Baking Pan (9x13")

Ingredients

Dough

  • 3 cups Organic All-Purpose Flour Feature ingredient
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup milk Infused with 1 tsp vanilla extract, warmed to ~110°F
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg

Filling

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter softened

Icing (optional)

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Warm the milk and stir in the vanilla extract. Let it cool slightly to about 110°F.
  • Add milk, egg, and melted butter to the bread machine pan. Add flour, sugar, and salt. Make a small well in the flour and add the yeast last.
  • Set the bread machine to the 'Dough' cycle (usually 1.5 hours).
  • After the dough cycle finishes, transfer dough to a floured surface and roll into a 10x15 inch rectangle.
  • Spread softened butter over the surface, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll the dough tightly from the long side and slice into 12 even pieces.
  • Place rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake rolls for 20–22 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Optional: Whisk together icing ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.

Notes

Swap vanilla milk for orange zest-infused milk for a citrusy variation. Add raisins or chopped pecans for texture. These rolls can also be prepped the night before and baked fresh in the morning!
