Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups Organic All Purpose Flour Feature ingredient
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk Room temperature
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted and slightly cooled
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Optional Glaze

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp milk Adjust for desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-cup bundt pan or a 9x9 inch square pan, and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly on top.
  • Add remaining batter on top and gently swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  • Bake for 40–50 minutes if using a bundt pan, or 35–40 minutes for a square pan, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar and milk together until smooth. Drizzle over warm cake before serving.

Notes

Using a bundt pan creates a beautiful shape perfect for special occasions. Feel free to add chopped nuts to the swirl or top with fresh berries. Delicious served slightly warm with coffee!
