Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups Organic All Purpose Flour Feature ingredient
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup milk Room temperature
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted and slightly cooled
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon Swirl
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Optional Glaze
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp milk Adjust for desired consistency
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-cup bundt pan or a 9x9 inch square pan, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly on top.
- Add remaining batter on top and gently swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 40–50 minutes if using a bundt pan, or 35–40 minutes for a square pan, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar and milk together until smooth. Drizzle over warm cake before serving.
Notes
Using a bundt pan creates a beautiful shape perfect for special occasions. Feel free to add chopped nuts to the swirl or top with fresh berries. Delicious served slightly warm with coffee!
