Instructions
In a medium saucepan, bring the water or broth to a boil. Add the salt.
Gradually whisk in the Pioneer White Corn Polenta, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Reduce the heat to low and continue stirring frequently for about 20-25 minutes, or until the polenta thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
