Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups Triticale Flour From Early Bird Farm & Mill
  • 1 cup Bread Flour For structure and better rise
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar For slight sweetness
  • 1 1/2 tsp Instant Yeast For quick activation

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Warm Water About 110°F
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For moisture and flavor
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar Helps improve texture

Instructions
 

  • Add wet ingredients to the bread machine pan.
  • Add dry ingredients on top, ensuring yeast stays separate from liquid.
  • Select Basic or Whole Wheat Cycle with light or medium crust setting.
  • Start the machine and allow it to complete the cycle.
  • Once baked, remove from pan and cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For added texture, mix in sunflower or flaxseeds. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
